Anthony B released the following statement in response to the the current state
of violence in Jamaica:

"The current situation in Jamaica has caused an enormous uproar within the entire
country. In times like these, it is up to us as individuals to make conscientious
decisions and stand up for not what is popular, but for what we know is right. This
is affecting our country on a whole, and can greatly impact our future and our
children'sfuture. All aspects of the country's economy are at stake. And any action that disrupts
the daily normal activities for Jamaicans or of life cannot be good. Being a part
of the Rastafarian & Reggae community it has always been my belief that peace, love
& unity are what uplift a nation. And as the old Jamaican saying goes, "united we
stand, divided we fall". So we all need to work together to resolve this as soon
as possible, and bring back the "irieness" to our sweet little Jamaica! Jah Love!"

Click on your control panel button on the top right of the page. Once inside your control panel you will see buttons like Songs - Blogs - Videos Etc. You click on 'Songs' and fill out all the information you would like about your song.

Dear members of Musicians for Peace

Rick Lukens is working on a project with Carlos Santana called Architects of A New Dawn that I have been a member of for over a year. Rick is now the in-house producer for events at the Craneway Pavilion and will be planning events for Craneway and Architects of A New Dawn there.  The Craneway is a state-of-the-art facility in south Richmond. It even has a dock used for tour boats and ferries. The website is www.craneway.com

Rick has offered to host a special meeting with Musicians and Artists for Peace and to take a tour of the new facility. Musicians and artists in our network, especially producers, may want to check out this new venue at the meeting.

The meeting will be on Saturday, February 27th from approximately 4-6 pm at the United Earth Networks office at the Craneway Center, 1414 Harbour Way South, Suite 1010, Richmond, CA  94804   Look for and turn into the facility at the guard station on left.  www.unitedearth.net

There is a restaurant located in the same building that we can go to eat at after the meeting. Please let me know if you are interested in attending and I will send you a reminder before the meeting.

Rick would like to use his office at Craneway as a crucible for event planning and visionary exchanges and I think that would be a great place for us to meet in the future.
